Our process makes sure that you get the most out of Complize.

We have developed a structured approach to ensure that clients obtain maximum benefit from the Complize platform. Depending on whether you want a fully supported implementation or a self-implementation, we will provide you with the relevant tools to support the process.

To be successful you need to understand how the Complize platform works and whether it will meet your business needs. We encourage you to ask any questions about the platform, the tools, and where it may streamline your business and help you manage risk.

We get to know about each other’s business

By the end of this stage, you should understand how the Complize platform works, how it can assist your organisation, and whether there is a real need in your organisation. If no, we can arrange to speak again in future when your needs change.

2. Engage

We understand each other better

Now that we understand your organisation, the risk profile, and workforce composition, we can provide a detailed proposal setting out how Complize can assist you to manage your obligations.

We agree on how Complize can help your organisation

Once you review the proposal you can let us know your thoughts. If there is a problem, we can discuss potential solutions.

3. Implement

We roll out the system, transition and configure your data

We create your account, migrate any relevant data, and ensure the system is integrated, where relevant.

We sit down together and ensure you understand how it works

We arrange a structure handover where your nominated stakeholders receive 1-to-1 training on using the Complize system.

4. Deliver

You’re using Complize, or better, it’s automated as part of your business

By now Complize should be functioning as a key part of your compliance management process. If it’s not, we’ll arrange a time to speak and identify any issues.

5. Check-up

You tell us what works for you and what could be better

We believe in continuous improvement. If you are having a problem or have an idea for an improvement, reach out and tell us.

We listen

We want to hear what works and what doesn’t. If something is missing, let us know! If we believe a change will make the system better, we will do it.

6. Improve

We take your feedback to the lab

We are continually developing the Complize platform. Your feedback will go to our development team for consideration and, in some cases, development.

We try to improve the product to better suit your needs

We can’t promise that we’ll implement every change you suggest, but we want to make sure you get the most out of the system. We’re keen to discuss how the system can be improved and will pro-actively reach out for feedback at regular intervals.
